Self Defence

Water is like the highest good
because it flows to the lowest places.
While people strive to move upward,
water goes freely downward,
And on its effortless course
nourishes everything in its path.
Such is the way of the Tao.

Therefore,
Live close to the land.
Think deeply.
Be gentle and caring.
With others,
be honest and just.
In business
be efficient.
Attend to details.
In all situations,
timing is crucial.

When there is no struggle,
the natural order is not disturbed.

(Lao Tzu)
