Self Defence

The worth of an act lies in timing.

Why were taoists seemingly obsessed with sex? They weren't.

Nothing has changed in thousands of years, people have always been very interested in sex.
Sex is one of our primal concerns and this is reflected in the world around us.
Our current culture uses sex to promote products in every facet of society.

Fashion is influenced by sex and people are fascinated by relationships. Gossip is frequently about sex.
Whether subtle or explicit, sex surrounds us every day.
You can ignore it, partake, be offended, or feel happy - the choice is yours.

Enjoy it while it lasts

Life is short.
We can pretend otherwise but it is impossible to escape our inevitable demise.
Taoists enjoy the bounty of nature, neither judging nor condemning.
They do not seek to hold onto things when they have had their moment and faded.

There is far more to life and relationships than sex.

Yet, sex remains always in the background of our lives.

Sexual healing

As clichéd as it sounds, sex was seen as a way of healing the body and mind.
Testicle breathing, scrotal compression, big draw are all methods for using sex to heal your body.

You can attend workshops, read books or buy videos concerning this topic.
There are also quite a few websites worth looking at although practicing qigong and tai chi will boost your sex drive without the need for additional exercises.
