Tai Chi Theory & Martial Power by Yang Jwing-Ming
Probably Yang's best book so far. He provides a thorough explanation of what each jing means and how they should affect the opponent.


Taiji Chin Na by Yang Jwing-Ming
Unless you already can perform tai chi chin na this book may be misleading. Students are apt to use muscular tension rather than jing. A useful supplement to his video.
