Does anyone want to take the world and do
what he wants with it?
I do not see how he can succeed.
The world is a sacred vessel,
which must not be tampered with or grabbed
after.
To tamper with
it is to spoil it,
and to grasp it is to lose it.
(Lao Tzu)
Alternatives
Earths resources are
being drained at a catastrophic, unsustainable rate, but there are
alternatives.
We do not need to rely
on the environmentally damaging production of coal, gas and nuclear power.
Burning oil, coal and gas releases greenhouse gases.
Wind, wave and solar power are all realistic options.

Energy
Installing solar panels is expensive but if you can afford the initial cost
it will soon pay for itself.
You can sell surplus energy back to the national grid.
Some national and regional bodies offer grants towards solar panels and
other energy saving initiatives:

Consider changing your electric company
to one that is committed to green alternatives?
Many green options are now available, and they use more sustainable energy
sources.
