Self Defence

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.

(Charles Darwin)

What you eat?

People e-mail and ask what we eat.

Our diet is a vegetarian one, with a clear emphasis upon organic produce
.
We aim to avoid manufactured goods and try to make all meals from scratch.
The fat content of food is always taken into consideration.

Water, fruit and vegetables represent the largest part of our food intake.

Recipe requests

We are sometimes asked to provide dietary suggestions. We are not nutritional experts, so are not prepared to do offer advice.

Rather than tell you what to eat, we will tell you what we eat.

What you eat is up to you.

As with all things in life, you are best to find things out for yourself.
