Muesli

The basic ingredients can be varied according to taste:

  1. Jumbo oats

  2. All Bran

  3. Pumpkin seeds

  4. Sesame seeds

  5. Sunflower seeds

  6. Almond flakes

  7. Hazelnuts

  8. Walnuts

Be careful which nuts you choose. Some are very high in fat.


Extras


Most people like to add milk to their cereal
. You can include or exclude anything you like.
For example
:

  1. Honey

  2. Soya milk

  3. Dried fruit

Try to avoid fatty ingredients.
Chocolate may not be a healthy choice... but if you really need to add some, try chocolate chips.


Additives


If you prepare your own muesli from scratch it will not contain any additives, flavouring or preservatives.



Breakfast

Muesli should be part of your breakfast, not the entire meal itself.
