In olden days a glimpse of
stocking
Was looked on as something shocking
Now heaven knows, anything goes.

The mind
The mind is the root of the erotic. If you can stimulate the mind, everything else will follow.
This is as true of tai chi as it is of
sex.
Arousal does not start in the body, it begins in the mind.
Sexuality is a psychological state.
This is why advertising combines images of sexual enticement with
products - the mind comes to regard the product and sex as being
related.

Fantasy & tai chi
Fantasy is about make-believe. Tai chi is about being rooted in the
real.
These two concepts seem opposed in principle, yet are united by the use of
imagination.
Imagination is what makes a person intelligent, creative and fun.
Without imagination, learning tai chi is very
difficult.
Fantasy is a game that we can play.
Remembering how to play is very important - we tend to become too serious as we
get older...
As the mind grows old it becomes far less flexible, so we need to find enjoyable
ways with which to flex the brain.
Play
Sex offers great opportunities for play.
Play is fun without the seriousness.
It does not necessarily need a purpose or intent.
Play can just occur because it feels right.
Sexual play can take the form of hair and make-up, costume and appearance.
It can also be the exploration of roles, the deliberate subversion of how you
normally interact.
People learn so much more when they forget about themselves and become immersed
in the activity itself.
If you become totally absorbed in the game - everything else fades.
Worries, tension, stress... all disappear.
