have a command of the art. A good teacher has to communicate the basic
principles in a clear and concise manner - this is essential.

Age Concern
We offer two Friday morning beginners classes in
Newcastle:
10:15 -11.15 AM
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
The classes are ideal for anyone (aged 50 or older) who wants to gently improve
their health.
We do not assume an existing
level of fitness. Prior experience is not necessary.
The syllabus was designed to address fall-prevention, boost immunity,
improve mobility and build strength.
Age Concern students only learn part 1 of the beginners syllabus, so self
defence is not emphasised.
